    Default Swing Application

What is the best way to run a Swing application on the web? Should I convert it to an applet or do something else?

It depends on how yo want to use it. You can do a standalone program, perhaps packaged in a jar, that can be run.
Or if you want to demonstrate something and make it available to others you could do an applet. Or if, applicable,
you could write a servlet using JSP technolgy.
