Udacity has an intro to Java course, and you can access the forums, watch the videos, do the quizzes/homework all for free. It's designed for people who have no coding experience. I watched the first two lessons, it's a bit painful if you already know how to program in another language, but if you're completely new to programming it's probably helpful.

I think Oracles tutorials are good if you already know how to program and want to learn Java.

There is also Code Hunt: https://www.codehunt.com/

That doesn't teach you so much as challenge you, but it is in Java. Might be good for practicing?

You asked for a site but regardless of what I am learning I have not found a better source than books.
The one I used is out of print but others on this forum have recommended "Head First Java."
