    Question Major Help!

I downloaded a .jar file used to open a game, which was the .jar file. But when i double clicked it, it open real quick and closed itself right after. Instead of running a program, it ran a batch file/cmd and said "Error: Could Not Find Main Java Class". Remember, the file was downloaded and it opens it self so quick i can't re-program it.

    Help?

It sounds like whoever created the jar file forgot to include the entry point in the manifest. If I am correct, it may be possible to fix it yourself if you are familiar with executable jar files. But I would search the site for a POC and ask the person who posted it.

The .jar file works on my secondary computer but doesn't work on this computer i am currently using. I find no error or report on this.

Just in case you are wondering how it works on my secondary computer, i actually burned it to a disc and tried it on my other computer. A few days ago it was asking me to update java, and this error is probably occuring because of outdated java versions. If this is the problem then its a bummer because i am on windows server 2011 and i need permission from the server admin.
