Accessing RS 232, serial (com) port on windows (win32)

Hey there!
I am kind of new to java but so far I like it a lot!
Since this is meant to be "the largest java community" I hope there is anybody here who's willed to help me.

To bring it to the point:
I want to use the serial-port on a windows xp professional machine in java.

What do I need for this? Where can I get it? How is it used (Tutorial!)?

I am using Eclipse as my IDE.

If anybody is willed to help please provide me with the required information...
