    Default Error in running applet in browser

    When i run a applet file in browser(IE, Chrome, Firefox) it gives a error of security risk and block the application from running. All browser are giving same error. Programme is running correctly in Myeclipse

    Take a look at https://www.java.com/en/download/hel...itydialogs.xml to see if any of the prompts there matches what you're getting. If so, try the suggestions mentioned there. If not, please post here the full error message, and mention if you have control over the applet's packaging.

    thanks it worked.
    but i have to add the address of each file in exception list I want to run as mentioned on the webpage suggested by you(jashburn), Is there any other way to do the same

    Not really...

    There is a simpler (but not recommended) way - reduce the security level from High to Medium. It's okay if you're doing this just to test your own applets, and you remember to revert it to High after you're done. The trouble is if you forget to revert the setting, you'll be exposing yourself to possible malicious attacks from irresponsible parties.

    You can actually find out yourself by doing an Internet search using the error message as the search term, e.g., '"application blocked by security settings" "your security settings have blocked a local application from running"' (include the double-quotes for phrase-search.)
