    Default JavaDB Help

Im creating an application that displays data in a table, and allows the user to add data aswel. My question is, how can i save the data the USER has entered, so that it doesnt vanish when the program closes?
Im creating a MOBILE application by the way. Im also clueless in databases and have just started learning Java.
Can anyone help on this one?
