    Default Library for manipulating image

    Hi!
I need to create an java 2D application for the manipulation of image. I saw the JAI library but it can not install it properly, I also copied the jar but I can not find the solution. How can I do? there is a replacement for JAI? what other libraries can I use?
    Help me.
    Thanks

Hm not really. Grayscale is possible by applying a formula to each pixel yourself, but other types of operations are a bit too much to expect to implement manually.

I suggest you ask your question to Google: "java jai alternative". You are likely not the first person to run into the fact that JAI is abandoned technology.
