    Default Java programming books/e-books

I'am moving to Java after I finished C, I want to study it during our summer break and I was wondering what are good Java programming e-books out there. This is my second programming language and I'm so excited, thanks :)

By e-book you actually mean free-book right?

Not so much in that area, only books I wouldn't ever recommend to anyone. The "best" free resource is still the Oracle tutorials, but I would highly recommend you to make the investment and buy a good book.

    The Java™ Tutorials

Note: I say the "best" because the tutorials still aren't a good learning tool, they're only good as a reference.

Introduction to Programming Using Java might be worth looking into. Overall 5 stars customer review rating at amazon.com, but only 3 reviewers (maybe because most people would just read it online rather than buy through Amazon?)
