Help, me I just installed latest Java now, when I went to Verify Java Version to verify but does not seem to find it? when I tried on Java Tester - What Version of Java Are You Running? it said it was blocked by my AV software then I turn all off then re-try its still the same, maybe prior to downloading I turn off the auto check update for java?

and its hard to search google about java problems when 90% are about java programming <.<

    Default Re: NullPointerException

What antivirus are you using? It sounds like your antivirus has corrupted your Java installation. I would suggest disabling your antivirus, uninstalling Java completely, reinstalling, and then checking again. Then reactivate your antivirus and see if it still works.
