Java Native Interface.
It's framework which allow to run Java code on JVM. Can be called from other native code(native application) written by C or C++.

Ah, I'm a moderator. Not like a normal member I have lots of responsibilities to take here in our community. Not only me, here we have few more moderators. We just monitoring what's going on here and in such cases have to take some actions.
At the same time we are learning few things sometimes. And also helps to newbie here in our community. I really like to do it.

Ah, actually you can't be a mod at the time. So what you can do is, be alert with other members.
If you have any question, ask them. If you can help someone by give some guidelines (not just putting codes) for there work, could be a active member in our community.
