JSP and servlets are always good to know
the spring framework is very usefull once you understand it
hibernate and maven are worth while taking a look at
restfull service (the concept) should be know as well (don't know the framework you have named, so can't tell anything about that)
spring and JPA are very usefull (used for the Database)

but i would suggest taking it step by step since J2EE is huge.
start by making the simple apps (hello world, then something with user interaction, then something that uses a database,...)
and just learn it step by step

Check out your local job market. What is regularly asked for? Learn THAT. It might not even be Java depending on where you live.

Your questions make little sense, they're all answered by the job descriptions you post. What are frameworks? Well those things listed after the word "framework" - Google them and find out. Want to know what a webservice is? Google it or look it up on Wikipedia. Being able to research stuff is the top priority skill you need to master at this point or you won't get very far.

As for "which database", I would start with learning generic SQL rather than focusing on a specific DBMS; to do that you can use MySQL or PostgreSQL which are both free for personal use and easy to install; you could even use an embedded database such as H2 so you don't even have to install anything at all. Ultimately if you want people fighting over you, its good to go down the Oracle path but I wouldn't do that until you know your database stuff.

also, don't start by learning a specific database, but first understands the basic what goes in creating a good database
then start buy learning SQL (simple operations, multiple joins, procedure, triggers, ...)
and then see what the difference are for the specific kind of DB's (like gimbal 2 said)

and as far as you not knowing what a framework is, google will solve that question very fast...

and getting certificates like gimbal2 is saying does add (a lot) to you as an employee
and don't know if you have the basics of html/css. If not that will be antoher thing you have to learn.
