    Default What is this JComponent?

I am having a hard time finding the name of the JComponent I want to use. I know this exists because I've used it before. The overall component sort of resembles a JComboBox but instead of the drop-down menu, it has an up and down arrow and only allows numerical inputs. Can anyone direct me to this JComponent?

Yes, thank you. You saved me from using JSliders.
