Default Java Listener at windows System

someone ask me if it is possible to make a program called keylogger which take as input all the keyboard inputs from users and save it in a txt file..
my first thought was to make a JFrame minimized which will implements keyListener but then i found a big problem.. keyListener or windowListener etc listen on a label or a button or JFrame.. can be possible to make a program which will listen to Operating system ?!?!?! because my program works fine when the users is typing inside my program .. but when user go for example at browser nothing happend..

No, you can't write spyware in Java.

    :)

Spyware is defined by what it does, not how it's used.
