Language bar? Are you using windows?
Are you talking about "Quick Launch"? or "System tray"?freedom exists in the world of ideas

If you actually mean the system tray (I am not sure what the language bar might be and what system you are using) and if you use Java 6, there is a simple solution for you. In Java 6 there are many Desktop Integration features and I wrote a couple of small tutorials for them on my site at Little Tutorials

Language is froth on the surface of thought
