    Default JEE problem

    Hi everyone,

    In my JEE project,I have a class which runs ".exe" for a C program.when i run this class in the JVM (without server) it runs correctly.But when i run it by the server (through a button in the interface) it doesn't do anything..I did many tests and i guess that the treatement stops in that instruction:
    Java Code:

    Runtime.getRuntime().exec(new String[]{ "/pfe.exe" });
    Ithink that ApacheTomcat can't find the path of my pfe.exe or there is something to add to netbeans.

    I hope you can help me.
    Thank youuu

    It has nothing to do with Netbeans (nor Eclipse); those IDEs often receive the blame while they're innocent; does your SecurityManager allows you t run executables?

    kind regards,
