    Default making things by coordinates?

So I'm making a frogger game, and what I was thinking of like putting an image of something at a specific spot. How would I do that? Like specific point on top of the background would be an image.

like the files I have attached. The background would be something, and then I would put the frog on a specific point, if I press up key, it would go up, etc.

So how would I set the frog image to be at the location I want it?

Check out the Graphics and Graphics2D API. You can draw images of arbitrary size at x,y locations. Some of the methods let you scale them on the fly.
