    Default Fonts displaying strange?

We have over 400 people using our companies scanner app, and only one person is having this issue. I'm not a Java programmer, but believe this is more of a settings issues then a programming one. When you resize the users java applet window, it will make it look different at each size, including weird characters and sometimes everything is blank, and as you mouse over things, they appear. It's very strange. I tried uninstalling Java and reinstalling and that didn't help. Any help here would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

A Java Applet is meant to be displayed in a browser, and its size is determined by an HTML tag. How then can it be resized?

With the paucity of information, the only suggestion I can give is to try reducing the hardware graphics acceleration setting on the errant machine. But that may not even be relevant to the problem.

Maybe it's not an applet then? I'm able to mouse over the corners and resize it.

I'm not a programmer, but we have an offshore team that does our java programming. I can always run across any ideas with them.
