Default Need tips on how to read long source codes

I know this is not an appropriate question for this forum... but I seriously need advices on this problem

I just can't read long codes written by other people... And I know that at some point in life I'll have to read other people's codes
Is there anyone that went through this... if so, How did you get past it?
Are there any helpful websites i can visit?

Practice. Get involved with some open source project that interests you and try to fix some bugs.
Get in the habit of using standard Java naming conventions!
