Default Java imports not giving error when program ran within my Work network domain.

I have a java program that works perfectly with one exception it will not execute within my Work's network domain.
What the program does is login to surveymonkey.com and download an excel spreadsheet.
Like I mention it works fine except when I try and run it at work.
    This is what I get:

    connecting to surveymonkey logon page...

Ok, so the title of this post was supposed to say - 'Java imports giving error when program is ran within my Work network domain.'
