    Default Run Java Programs

I am new to java but have slight background with the compiling and such. I created a simple compiler for each of my folders to compile the files in the document. However, to run them, I have to go through CMD and it is a pain to get through. How can I create a batch file that will allow me to run it --> give me an option saying "which program would you like to run" type in the program I want it to run and it will run that program.

Huh? You created a compiler? I think you're misusing terms here, so it's confusing your actual question. What's wrong with the standard javac compiler?
