    Default Finding & counting certain letters in a sentence

    Can anybody point me out to a website that will help me out writing code to find a letter and count how many times it was used.

    Example.

    She sold sea shells by the sea shore.

    I need to count all the 's' and produce a number of times it was used via '7'
