Default Simplest code for a very simple 2D simulation.

Create line segment of length x
    Record endpoints of line segment.

Get coordinates of endpoints of line segment.
Create circle of radius x from coordinates of endpoints of line segment.

    [Analyze where circles intersect.
Record coordinates of where circles intersect.
Create circles of radius x from coordinates of where circles intersect.]

    Repeat above bracket non-stop.

(How do I put this pseudo code into Java code and how do I add a pause button?)

For information on why I want to do this, http://calculatingexistence.webs.com...0existence.pdf

I feel embarrassed by the thread title, please delete or change thread title.

    • Best to post all necessary information here if possible rather than link to a pdf.
    • Best to attempt to solve this problem on your own first, and then failing that, posting your code attempt and any problems you may be having with it here with your question. Stretching your brain cells to their limits is how you learn.
    • Best to leave out "VERY IMPORTANT" or any other mention of deadline or urgency from your post and its title. Your question is very important to you, but many here bristle if you suggest that it might be more important than anyone else's. I know it bugs me, and so I've taken the liberty of removing it.
    • It's a good idea to respond to the help you've received in one of your previous posts on this forum. Your signs of attention to prior help will motivate folks to help you with this and future posts.

    Best of luck!

For the endpoints A and B and the two points of intersection of the circles P1 and P2, the triangles ABP1 and ABP2 are equilateral triangles; the rest is just cumbersome math 101.

    kind regards,
