    Default GUI and Database Development beginner

    Hi, All

    I am a Student, I learnt Java SE OOP basics by myself. I am confident on the Java theory and practical using command prompt. Now I want to step to develop GUI application and database application aiming my future career. After that hope to learn Java EE and mobile, I suppose to use eclipse, because I used to it. But the problem is I couldn’t find the GUI builder like NetBeans provide.

    I goggled for solution and now I am confused

    It is very thankful someone advise me to take me correct path.

    If you are new to building user interfaces, skip the GUI builder and learn to code a user interface from scratch: Trail: Creating a GUI With JFC/Swing (The Java™ Tutorials) Not doing so can lead to a lot of problems later if you don't know the basics wish to customize your software, or even read someone else's code.

    Yes, I am new to building user interfaces, actually a beginner with set goal to be a java developer in future. Hope to continue what you recommended. I got some points, Thank you again.
