The forum is not a great substitute for Google, Wikipedia and the Java tutorials. Rather than ask us to regurgitate that which has been well described before and which you can easily look up, why not look it up first yourself, and then if still stuck, ask about specific points that you don't understand from the tutorials.

There are also a number of Youtube videos for java beginners that i personally found very helpfull. the java tutorials put out by oracle tend to use termonoligy before they introduce what it is and can be somewhat confusing for a beginner (it was for me). so you also have those options as well.

you can download "java how to programm" by deitel deitel ....this is a very good book for beginners without any programming experience..
