    Thumbs up AccessControlException

    I am geting an error "access denied("java.net.socketpermission ""193.88.188.9.80""connect,resolve") how doI solve it?
    Java Plug-in 10.9.2.05
    Using JRE version 1.7.0_09-b05 Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM
    User home directory = C:\Users\Zikode

    Is the host/service 193.88.188.9 the one where your applet came from? (my browser receives an error 403 (forbidden))
