Can someone please direct me to the best book for learning about EJBs? I need a book that doesn't assume that I know anything about builds, jars, servers, etc.

I am a complete novice. I have the book "Beginning Java EE 6 platform with Glassfish 3: from Novice to Professional." It's not my favorite book. I would like to get another book. I am using Eclipse.
