Jax-ws servlet problem...

hi..
I read a artcile from this page to run or start web-service on my computer..
although it deploy very well in my computer .I am running NetBeans7.2 and application
server,GlassFish but when i try to run this program it only shows that two option to enter
two number but when i click on button add then it does not add them but it display error
that """method return 0""

Dont know what happening

If any one wants further detail about this problem please comment and post i will provide or give all
necessary detail about this

This tutioral actually conatin following hierachy to run:
1)Creating a web Service
->Chossing a Container
->Creating a web service from a java class
2)Adding an operation to a web service
3)Deploying and Testing a Web Service
4)Consuming a Web Service
->Client 1:Java Class in Java SE Application
->Client 2:Servlet in Web Application.
->Client 3:JSP page in Web Application.

When i run following program as point (3) it shows an error when i run it on web browser while entering 1 and 2 number

I Think from consuming to Deploying and Testing a web service to Consuming a web Service i think the only thing that is
Not working is when i click on add method it shows an error that method return to '0'
...

And you ask me about the source code there are Project is in following hierachy
-->CalculatorWSApplication
---WebPages(web.xml,index.jsp)
---Source Packages(CalculatorWS.java)
---Libaries(..)
---EnterPrise Beans(...)
---Web Services(CalculatorWS)

Now Can you please tell me that which file source code i should email you
