MultiHashMap - deleate first value.

I have made a MultiHashMap, that looks like this:

Key: Humans
Values: Max, Owen, Harry

Now I would like to remove the first value (Max).

Does anyone maybe know how to do that?
Becasue if I use remove() I clear the whole thing.

Without knowing what any of those things are (as in what classes) or what they can do, it's going to be impossible to say.

I solved it.
I was printing them all in a while loop.
And now I said to it that the first time it runs, do continue. else ......
