Need Help with an error

Hi I work with graphics in Paint Shop Pro and have never had any problems before with downloading scrapkits or other things from 4 shared. Today I received a message that I needed to install an update to java it also installed Google Chrome which I did not want after it finished installing I removed Google Chrome.
I then went to download a scrapkit and received the following error message this is the complete message I received.

This only happens when I try to download from 4-shared all other sites like box . net and mediafire work fine so just wondering if someone could help me with this erroe message.

This forum is for people wanting help in writing/developing Java programs. It seems you have an installation problem and nothing to do with writing a Java program.

Probably the best place would be whoever looks after the web site from whose page you got the original message (4shared?)
