javac is not recognized as an internal or external command error

i have the same problem but i have found javacpl.exe file in my folder 'bin' instead of javac.exe. Are they both same?

If 29 posts in that thread didn't help you then no, you do NOT have the same problem.

Your problem is in not understanding how computers work, or how dumb they are. Even with the latest in artificial intelligence and/or fuzzy logic, a computer would never regard javacpl.exe as being the same as javac.exe.

Did you install a JDK or JRE?
