    Default Creating a dialog to input user/password

    Hi there!
    I need a dialog to input username and password to access to a database, firstly I thought to do it, say manually but for simplicity's sake I would like to know if there's one already 'made'.

    As with many programming tasks, the statistics are in your favor that someone has already done what you're trying to do. This is of a number for reasons software projects fail("oh look, someone already did it!"). Start with Google.
