    Default Completely Novice to Java: Which Reference to study to build an intranet application

    Hi,

    I am completely new to JAVA, although I have programming background. I want to build an intranet application for content management. Please guide me to build my base with basic Java and subsequently, Advanced Java. Suggest some books for the same.
