don't know where else to turn
I am having a huge Issue with my version of Java 7.5. ever since I updated Java I can't do anything that uses java. I keep getting a "ClassNotFound Exception" I am on a desktop computer running windows 7 using Firefox,IE, Chrome. so far I have uninstalled java and cleared left overs from my registry, then rebooted. went to java.com to download the software. after it was finished downloading, I closed all the opened browsers, did a complete reboot. went back to a web page that requires Java I get a message that says I need a plug in to run that program. When I click on that, it starts to install java again. I let it update, then close the browser reopen it and i get that message when I try to open something that need java.. I have run out of answers and need help. thank-you for any help I can get.

Re: don't know where else to turn
Hello,
Before you did the Java update, was everything working finely? I don't know if Windows system restore would bring your computer state back to where it was before you did the first Java update, but have you considered that?

Re: don't know where else to turn
For those browsers you need the 32 bit version of Java; if you have a 64 bit system you might've downloaded the other version (64 bit version). You can install both versions, one for you to work with and one for those stupid browsers. (btw, you only need the JRE for the browsers)
