    Default storing information

I am in the midst of creating a program which will take someone's inputted string and cipher it. Then it will enable the user to send that ciphered message to anyone they want through a simple messaging program.

I need a way to store the proper modulo's and numbers required to decipher the message. Any ideas on how I can go about creating something to store this information and enable it to be transferred from user to user

You could use a BufferedWriter to save your information, then use a JFileChooser to allow the user to choose the save location, you could also use a BufferedReader and a JFileChooser again to load. (See JFileChooser (Java 2 Platform SE v1.4.2) )
