Bickering aside, this is why trying to get training through a forum such as this is doomed to failure.
You find yourself with several teachers, each of whom has different idea of how you should learn and where you should go and what you should look at and you end up with a nice load of noise.

Honestly, it's one of the worst options.
Forums like this are great at answering questions, but they really (really) aren't a place to go to actually learn from scratch.

Legend has it the moderators and senior members of java-forums.org were able to code skyrim using only 701 lines of java... or so the legend goes.

i'm still curious, why the OP should ask every little thing in here (forum)? i wasn't meant that he can't ask it, but wasn't it that the tutorial taught as same as what we taught him? it wasn't mocking, or forbidding, or any other (bad) thing that i want to say here, it's just that it wasn't efficient:

    the tutorial said: "A"

    and

    we said: "A"

that is exactly the same thing... so it's wasting time. but that's not the most important thing... the most important thing in here is the learning part... the OP's posts definitely shows that he don't understand (or doesn't read it completely) the tutorial. so, we're trying to push him to think more... because we know that he can do it... (and that's not hard, everyone can do it, include him) even though jos' choice of words is pretty much "unique" :D

hope he can take some positive values from this... we all learn...

That doesn't mean you take it as an invitation to snipe and it seems to me that some people do just that. It would be bad enough if the sniper were an expert in the field but from what I have read of their past posts there doesn't appear to be much evidence of that as their postings tend predomonantly towards the sarcastic and dismissive. Occurs to me that might actually be all they have to offer. Are you familiar with the word "scrum"? Its a team thing. By the way Tolls. I am not referring to you.
The problem here is the OP is not necessarily someone who can be helped.
Jos' advice that maybe programmig isn't something the OP should worry about is quite likely not wrong. If it's taken as long as they suggest then...well, it's similar to my nephew and his drums. If the rhythm hadn't clicked a month or two ago his tutor was going to suggest he drop it, because it simply wouldn't be worth going on.

Besides, even if we were a site capable of doing tuition, a team thing is the last thing you want from a tutor. As I say above, you'll just get a barrage of differing advice. Nope, forums like this are not for that sort of help.
