    Default Starting Java GUI

    Hello , i started programing in java couple moths ago and i understand that beginners stuff, but i wanted to ask if someone could help me where to start with GUI, maybe some good tutorials or some written things, i would be very thankful. :)

    Have you checked the Sun/Oracle tutorials? It has a separate section on the Swing framework ...

    I thought of giving you a link, but searching Google for "Starting Java GUI" produced as its top result the very link that I would have advised, so I figured you must have found and gone through that already.

    When you have a more specific question about something in that tutorial, find and post in the most appropriate section here.

    Ignore the stuff on the Netbeans GUI builder, though.
    It is not "the fastest and easiest way to begin working with Swing", as the oracle tutorial says.
