help fixing error code 1606

I got this from my other post but when I try to do this I get a error can any one tell me how to change the %SystemDrive% to c: without an error and when I tried this I didn't try it as admin but I think I don't need to.

I've tried installing the off-line version but the same stuff happens can any one help me please thanks

I don't think anyone reading that will have the slightest clue what you're talking about. Is this even a Java related question, or is it solely about the Windows operating system?

Well I needed to switch this address so java can install correctly.
