Taking Java In School Need Help

Ok I am taking a Java class in my school required by the people in the math program and I need some help. Our first HW is too create a program that converts dog years into human years. Anyone wanna help me =x?

Well I came late to class today so I was not there for the explanation of how to write this code so basically I am at the very beginning. I have eclipse open I made a new project added a class and now I am staring at it clueless =(

Let's try to solve this first without actually writing any code. What would be your strategy to logically solve this problem? Write it out - step by step - post it.

geork, are you absolutely sure this is what the OP needs? How can we be sure he even knows how to code? Let's hear the strategy first before suggesting implementation possibilities.

For starters, what is dog years? Something like every one human year is seven human years for a dog. Right or wrong? Let's hear it!

This is your problem - Do not depend on an IDE to write your code for you. Get a strategy first, then write the code.

This is the ESSENTIAL. It will be what your code is based off of. From there, write an input of how many dog years there are, then convert that to human years and output that.

Like CaptainMorgan said, we can't code it for you if you don't know how to code. Hope it helps in some way!
