Error with javac and java command

I have set my path variable to E:\J2EE\Java\jdk1.7.0\bin &
CLASSPATH to E:\J2EE\Java\jdk1.7.0\bin

jdk1.7.0 installation directory =E:\J2EE\Java\jdk1.7.0

test with java -version for see that is watching.
is possible that is finding other route in the path variable.

Remove that CLASSPATH variable; its value doesn't make any sense.

Hey friends now its working perfect... i don't know what was the problem it was.... i just removed all the variables then i set only path variable... still was getting same could not open error... my jdk installation directory in E drive i have set my path variable to E:\J2EE\Java\jdk1.7.0\bin .. Then why java is searching in C:\Program Files as u shown above image could not open error.... now its working fine automatically but i didn't understand the error.... help me if u guyys know.. thank you..
