Convert double to Date

Hello everyone i am having problems converting double to a date! can someone please write me a piece of code converting double into a date?

First of all, how do you convert from a double to a date? What date is 1.7? .0003? Pi?

Secondly, nobody is going to "write you a piece of code". That's not how this works. Ask a specific technical question and provide an SSCCE demonstrating exactly what you tried and where you're stuck, and we'll go from there.

thanks for responding so soon KevinWorkman what i meant to ask is that if there is a way to convert double e.g 23.233 to date e.g 1 January, 2012
using built-in java objects i can't provide an SSCCE demonstration because my code is is too plenty.

Can you convert 23.233 to 1 January, 2012 ? I can't :(
If you can't, the computer can't either. Unless you tell it how.
