i have to build an interface by netbeans editor like what in the link

i don't have any idea how to add color palette and display the images

Search for Swing controls, there is a color picker Dialog available(I don't remember the Class name). Also images can be displayed in different JLabels

JColorChooser inherits from JComponent and can be added to any Swing GUI.
