There is no such package.
Not in the JRE.
i modified Some Pixel values But Now I want Create Again an Image !!
then How to configure the Image!!!
but its shows only Blue n black !! color by using SetRGB();
what i can do so that i get an Proper Image!!!!
Give the Way to try me to meet my image !!!as an Output!!!!
So the title of the thread has nothing to do with your actual problem, which appears to be a stuck '!' key on your keyboard.
Oh dear, another crappy site that tells what has been told before (but this version tells it in a worse way).

The first couple actually had a shot at answering the thread question, now they've just gone for posting the link.
