SQL Eclispe (need some advice)

Hi i'm using sql database for my login, developing the website in eclispe but i'm struggling to connect my sql database in my website, can someone give me some hints/tips on the best way of doing this and any one good a link to a good tutorial who covers this.

Most people here know how to answer Java questions but not necessarily SQL questions. Probably best to ask this question in an SQL/PHP forum.
