Radom text every half hour

So I have an array of text. I need to randomize it for every 30 minutes or so. So that the value of that variable stays constant for 30 minutes and changes only after 30 minutes.

So let me get this straight -- are you changing the array itself? or are you changing some index that is pointing into the array, because there's a big difference between the two. Consider spending some time writing out the detail of your problem, showing your current best effort code, and asking as specific a question as possible (as I really don't see a fully formed question yet in your post above). Do this, and we'll be much better able to help you.
