Making a program that will extract and save URLs
I'm not really sure how to go about this. I want to create a program that will take the URL from the browser of google chrome (preferably all the tabs) and save them into a text file. Now I'm fairly certain I know how to do the last part but I really don't know about the extracting URLs. I've been googling a bit and I can't seem to figure out how best to go about this.
1.Would a program like this best be written in Java? I don't know javascript but it keeps coming up when I search, would it be worth learning it to use that (I don't know HTML very well either)?
2. It seems like it would have to be integrated into google chrome somehow, so does that mean I would have to write the program as a chrome extension?
3. Am I way off base and there is a much easier way to do this?
Thanks

I still haven't really found anything and no one has replied but I was really hoping someone could at least point me in the right direction :/
