    Default Java concept help

How do you pass an objects reference variable to a method? Can anyone explain this concept to me, perhaps with an example? Is it through the use of the new operator...? I don't quite understand how to do it. Thanks in advance!

Did you read the basic tutorials? Did you do any google searches? What exactly about what you read didn't you understand? Did you try creating any example programs?
