How can sent image with media

Happy To Met You All!:(handshake):
My self Raj, i have my own client & server mail system in java,
:=-:i wants to sent image to all clients,
:=-:that image contain media in its back end (hidden),
:=-:if particular client give the correct decryption password to it (i have to set pass word field ask while that image is opening),
:=-:their after only it should play the media file,

Any one can give me the out line,
How can do it Gentles..,
