Developing simple MP3 player in Java....

Hi all

I want to develop a simple MP3 player in Java.. While browsing through related links I came to know that you can use java.sound package or Java Media Framework(JMF)..

I am in bit of a confusion which one to use as I don't have any prior knowledge of both these concepts..

So could you please tell me which one to use and why...
