How to open New page?

Hi,

I am going to create Browser. In this url gets opened but I am unable to save that HTML page.When I am going to save that HTML page , it gets saved as an HTML page but when we are going to open that page the content of the page are just deactive link of that page. Can you help me Solve this Problem?

I'm having a hard time understanding your problem.
How are you writing the file when you "save" an html page? What bytes are written to the file?
What is a "deactive link"?
