Theres two ways i presume, you can hand do all the work or use a program that compilers it as a executable jar or applet
I use eclipse to do my jars or javalauncher

2 ways: If it's an Applet, go through Lesson: Java Applets (The Java™ Tutorials > Deployment)
If not, go through Lesson: Java Web Start (The Java™ Tutorials > Deployment)
